There is the mls feature of Costar, but they own/are owned by loopnet so they down play it. Most of the big brokerages have there on "proprietary" web sites... player like CBRE, Marcus millichap, etc.

members.brevitas.com seem to be all there own stuff. GREAT! site (IMHO)

I have a preforeclosure assisted living facility in San Fran. UPB is ~5.5M, with a FMV close to 10M. I am getting more detailed information from the lender and borrower. Auction date is 08/21. I would flip or JV for a negotiable finders fee

I would check the clerk/recorder for SD county.

Look at the actual cost of the renewable energy. Too often I have seen the true cost blurred by tax credit and other financial perks.

In this area there are a lot of independent operators... you might look at the owner of similar sized properties.

The big business point here is being able to make a profit on medi-care -caid payment rates.

As part of the merger, Walgreens has to close ~500 stores. (http://fortune.com/2016/07/06/walgreens-rite-aid-2/). Do you think these stores could become investor own Walgreen, or must Walgreens close/sell the stores?

I can't give market specific info, but in all depends on why product is desired by the market. Here in N. CA, residential is king.
