Has anyone had the experience of building a bridge to access part of a property?

I am looking at a property (assemblage of 3 parcels) that has a creek that parallels the street, so you have to cross it to get to the property. The fact that this is 3 buildingable site, I want to check this out. The following is a pic.

I'm thinking I would have to start w/ a civil engineer, but wanted to hear if there was any experience out there.

As I understand the process,  as the lender when you win the foreclosure suit you get a Judgment of Foreclosure. The next step is a Sheriff Sale.

If I don't conduct a sheriff's sale, do I get title as part of the Judgment of Foreclosure or is there some further action required?

Does anyone have a referral t site that describes this process in detail for CA?

CA is a lot more expensive than other places ut the appreciation is phenomenal.

I moved from Westwood, CA to Silicon Valley in '99. I was able to sneak into a SFR here via a I/O loan. The property has appreciated 4x over than time w/ ~300K in improvements.

I don't know if Oxnard has more affordable opportunities.

Proximity to Apple is the speculation I've been seeing, plus you can't get much more in LG or Cupertino other than better schools.

Seems like you have captive interest from the "networked with a ton of storage managers and owners" you have. Another thought is, If space is so tight, is it possible to "pre-master lease" the to be built storage facility e.g. lease sections of your storage facility to the existing storage facility.  There are some master lease article on BP.

In this day and age  (esp. in California), make sure you have viewed a couple issues of "Weeds" as well.

They used to have a much cheaper service, list $39/mo, but that has since gone away. I think they are the I just can't afford the cost.

I also use the web site of commercial brokers.

This, and the tax treatment of the entity are my 2 big questions.

As far as where the $$$ come the lender issues private bonds that fund the trans action. Insurance company like CTL as the are accounted for differently than a CRE loan.

I haven't been able to get my hands on a "CTL" to see if and how the number are used.
