I might be late to this party but I still wanted to share an app I've found very helpful with my Driving For Dollar activities. Homesnap App...I found very helpful when i see a property and cant clearly locate the address etc.

When i encounter these properties, I simple open the app in my phone and take a picture of the house and whala...the property address and other info are provided. Sometimes you have to select from a list of properties.

Its not 100% perfect but for me, it has worked well most of the time and its FREE!

Hi Paul, you can integrate podio and lob.com using zapier to do just that. Alternatively, you can reach out to Michael who runs www.wholesalehacker.com or something like that and buy his already built podio system and he can integrate it for you or you can hire a developer on upwork who is familiar with podio to design it for you.

You need podio account with globiflow ($24/month), free Zapier account, and lib.com account then rightsignature if you want to send offers to be signed via email

Using Zillow, you can have an idea of what land/lots are valued in that area. i buy/sell land outside of Atlanta in surrounding counties and i leverage zillow because i have no clue what it should cost in some rural county. start with that...then figure out if numbers make sense for a flipper or buy and hold investor and if wholesaling it makes sense for you at this point. happy investing

I would start with door knocking, wholesaling, then buy and hold. i would learn about OF and LO. Thats owner/seller financing and lease option happy investing
