Thanks @Adam Jaken very interesting article as I do know the value of properties go down but the rental income should help if you're primarily in the market for cash flow.

Hi all,
My name is Neil and I literally came across this website today! I am excited to be part of the growing community of real estate investors. My immediate goal is to learn more about this website, see what the site has to offer and immerse myself into ongoing conversations.
2016 and 2017 goals include saving enough money to buy a high discount multifamily property at a stable debt/equity ratio. I am primarily interested in the NJ/NY metro area and the greater Philadelphia region.
