$500 for 3 months seems expensive to me.  I have customers that have used Safe Home Insurance services with good results.  Please message me for their contact information if you would like it.

You submit an offer to them. Then, you can expect the bank to take forever and not give you any decisions. They delay, delay, delay. Other than that, its just like any other purchase deal.

Robert Miller does all my legal work. I trust him completely.
He has a Chicago Title office on Campbell Rd in Richardson.
