@Kevin Scott I'm looking to buy and hold but I'm not against other methods of RE investing. I just thought my budget only allowed for the buy and hold method!

@Cody L. This sounds like something I could do, but won't that realtor want to work with an agent only? Then they become my realtor (buyer/seller agent)? Will I automatically have to sign the agreement to work with them for 6 months? What if they don't specialize in working with investors either and I'm put in the same predicament I'm in now?

Great advice @Nathan Gesner!!! I’ll go that route! I thought about that with my realtor....she’s probably gonna make pennies off of my deal! Lol....I’ll definitely take alternative steps in my search. Thank you
