Aside from Real Estate agent, that's fairly obvious.

I was considering working in financial services when done with school, but not sure.

Ultimately, I want to be a full time real estate investor though.

Sounds great. Thank you. I probably won't make this next meeting, but hopefully the following one.

Do you think that could be a good place for a newbie to find a mentor?

The greater Dayton area is what I mean when I say Dayton.

I might be moving to Dayton this spring or summer. I will be taking a year off college so that I can establish residency in Ohio. I'm thinking now would be a good time to actively pursue my passion. Do you know of anyone who I could learn from?

Okay thanks. This would be my first flip, and im kinda worried. I'm either going to renovate this, sell it, and use the money i made on a down payment for a nicer condo to actually live in or just live here. I'm not sure yet. Thanks again. I will be contacting the HOA office.

It is in a great neighborhood. I'm just worried the repair costs would exceed what I could flip it for. It needs work, obviously.

I want to get into buy and hold Real Estate. My age is a huge concern for me. I think possible tenants will not take me seriously. I am only 18 years old.
