Is any experienced real estate investor in the metro Detroit area looking for an intern type role? I am ready and willing to learn. I do not really want to go outside of Michigan.

I heard people saying this was the best way to rent a single family. From what I know your selling them an option to buy the home at a specific time while renting. I'm not sure how this works.

@Benjamin TimminsI would love to pick your brain about commercial real estate, unfortunately i have little knowledge about it. I am a complete newbie, still looking for my niche in the business. I want to get my feet wet somehow this summer, but i think i am going to shy away from commercial real estate, something tells me it is not for me. Thanks anyway, and if something changes i will let you know.
