Don't go the POA route. Use an attorney when possible. Lots of free info on YouTube about this. Google "overage syndicate".

@Tim Bender  Are you only pursuing deed's after tax sales where there is a redemption period in play?  Or are you also working states were there is no redemption period, getting the quit claim deed from owner and then challenging the tax deed in court?

@Ashley Rice I only made 100k in in 2018 from collecting overages.  Have already doubled that this year.  It is a tough business but you can be profitable.  I personally prefer mortgage overages over tax overages.  There lots of free info about the business on youtube.  Search "overage syndicate"

I did a review on Spencer Vann's course.  Purchased it last year.  I've been involved in the surplus funds business for about four years now.  Last year I made a little over 100k, will double that this year, so you can make money.  However, it is tough business.  Not easy to do.

Yes, I currently do this business.

You can see some of the deals I've done on my website. Just google overage Refund Specialists LLC.

The concept is simple but the execution is difficult.

Yes I do but you should really read up on your state laws to know what’s required.
