I would steer clear of RE eduction companies like this. 

Hit up some reia meetings in your area and offer to shadow an investor it would be way more worth your time.

It should be for ones banks are listing soon I don't believe it would help with the wholesale.

You could get it under contract with the bank and assign the contract to an end buyer and the difference would be paid to you. It may be easier to close on the property yourself it is was easier if you are sure of the deal.
