I believe transactional funding is only 24 hours. 

Here in IN and IL we can double close use B buyers funds to purchase for A buyer essentially. 

Most of the pre foreclosures I have tracked from Realtytrac do eventually hit MLS at least in my state!

I believe the bank already has the right to the property. Where is it being marketed as pre foreclosure? MLS?

I have never seen that on there buy we have bought a few off auction and some off hubzu and hudson and marshall! Just make sure that you use your own tittle company and demand that!

I have heard of construction loans but I believe you have to hold title and own the home. It may be different near you.
