@Dave S. I've developed a pretty detailed and advanced excel spreadsheet to analyze rental properties (both for single and multifamily properties), don't hesitate to reach out or check my profile for more information. Also, let me know if you have any questions, always happy to help and discuss!

Hi @Andrew Hamlett

You can have a look at my FilePlace: https://www.biggerpockets.com/...

There's a very easy rental property calculator available there (excel spreadsheet). Note that it is not made multi-unit properties but you can easily group units together to make it work. Also currently working on an update of the more advanced version, which should be available soon.

Hope that helps!

@Nic LeTexier That looks like a great start. If you're interested, I can have a look at your file and will let you know if I spot any typos or calculation mistakes. Alternatively, you can also have a look at my fileplace where I saved a easy-to-use rental property analysis spreadsheet for investors: https://www.biggerpockets.com/...

That can give you some guidance or ideas for your own spreadsheet! Let me know if you have any questions!
