I’m looking to find a contractor here in Baltimore, MD to do some potential lead remediation.

I’ve been going through the Maryland Environmental department list, but haven’t had too much success.

Does anyone have any suggestions about finding a good contractor who can do the job?

Thanks,

Nick

The property has a flat roof the is tilted towards the back of the property.

The leak is in the front of the property at the foundation level.

Hi,

I have a unit in a basement that leaks water from the walls when it rains.

I’m looking to have the basement sealed from water.

I’ve had a couple contractors come in and take a look. One thinks it will be a relatively easy fix and the other thinks I’ll need to dig trenches and add a sump pump.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks,

Nick

Hi,

A couple of partners and I are looking to buy a small bingo hall and turn it into a small self-storage facility in Baltimore, MD.

I have a few buy and hold properties, and have done a flip.

Has anyone built self-storage recently?

What were some of the challenges you faced?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

NIck

Never mind I figured it out :)

Hi @Ken Wang

Did you end up going through this process?

What were the outcomes if any?

Thanks!
