What city is the 4plex in?

For a  formal education the big clubs in Houston are Lifestyles unlimited(i'm a member), The RICH club, and the wealth club. Each focus on buy and hold.

Houston has a ton of good meetups where you can learn a lot too. My favorites are capital concepts or jet lending. I like them because there are always a ton of investors and industry pros there willing to talk with you.

I would be open to a fourplex, but I would have to partner to do it.

I am a new investor looking for a Duplex as my first property so I can "House Hack" on an FHA loan within the next few months.

If you have a property I would love to analyze it and see if if fits my criteria.
