Welcome, @Maarifa Arnett.  I'm sure most of the investors on BP wish they would have started in their twenties.  Congratulations on your twins and good on you for taking the leap to engage in the community and start learning.  There's a ton of great knowledge on here.  Soak it in, learn from the best, and start building a financially stable future for you and your family.  Best of luck to you!

@James Wachob - Oops, just looked at your profile and now see your business model.  Feel free to disregard my previous question.  :)

@James Wachob - Out of curiosity, why are you looking to sell?

Resurrecting this thread.  Surely there are people who can chime in.  I've had a good experience with them so far, but I haven't actually made a purchase yet.  Has anyone purchased through them who can share their experiences?

Thanks, @Mike Hanneman.

@Chris Majors - I'm not using an agent.  Going through a turnkey provider who also has in-house management.  Just looking for a non-biased opinion.

@James Wise - Thanks for the great ideas.  People post rentals on Facebook and Instagram?!?!?  That's a thing?  I had no idea.

Thank, @Mike Hanneman. Are property managers you don't currently use usually amenable to giving you this info, even if you're not a client?

Just looking to verify some rental estimates I'm being quoted by a turnkey seller.  What's your favorite site to verify these figures?  Rent-O-Meter?  Zilpy? Zillow?  Are any of them worth paying for?  Besides asking a PM to verify (in this particular case, the PM company is married to the seller), which site do you find to be most accurate when verifying?

Thanks!

@Ryder Meehan - I'm in SF for 6 weeks for work and also an out-of-state investor.  If you end up having an event/meetup before April 18, I'd love to participate.

Thanks,

Emily

Why not?  The more ideas, the better (regardless of gender).  But I'm game.
