hi guys, i am looking at a property that needs a new front wall. The building is about 20 feet high and 8 feet wide. It will need one exterior door and three standard windows.

I was hoping to learn what others have paid for this type of reno? any tips, tricks, will be greatly appreciated!

Woodland building has good prices

American vinyl is good for Windows etc

I've also used phillydoors.com - their prices and service was well received

i love streeteasy. It is the only service that allows a user to filter out maintenance feesband outdoor living space

if your interested in turn key properties in Philadelphia please let me know I have access to cap rates in the 15% range
