@Derick O. Congratulations ! Thats a wonderful story and a steal. Its great that you were able to get the price for one house for only 27k , work with the tenant and collect rent for $1200. Much more success to you.

Hi I am Nana. I am a real estate investor from the DC metropolitan area. I purchased my first investment property in 2012. I have completed 6 flips and 2 rentals since then.
