Hi Tarrence...That is great...did you talk to the owner? IF yes...then Find an established wholesaler locally and partner up with them. They can guide you through out the steps and you can do 50/50 partnership with them. ...I think this is the fastest way For you to learn And still make money in the process...AND that other wholesaler gets paid for his/her knowledge 

 You can do it. Be obsessed with learning and taking action.....
