All,

What would you say is the difference between North and South Linden?  It looks like the crime level is lower in the north.. Any other factors?

Hi all,

I am looking at a deal in 43206 ( Southen orchard/Driving Park) on a property with an S8 tenant. The tenant has been there for a long time ( since 2013). The property is priced below market but also the collected rent is below market -( this is upside of the deal).

I do not experience dealing with these types of renters/properties  What should I look for? I am concerned about the condition of the property after the Tennant will vacant it...

@Remington Lyman What areas you consider to be "Columbus suburbs" ?

@Abe McLaurin Yes, you will get better cash flow on a multi. I open to investing in either as well. I am fairly new in Columbus, only 2 months.

As a new investor in Columbus, it is very hard to find solid deals ( 8% COC and up) on a SFH in B/C areas as it is a very hot market those days. I have a lot of friends that invest in Clevland and see great returns.

Hi All!

I would love to get referrals for an exceptional Mortgage broker, Insurance Agent and Property Manager that operate in Columbus Ohio and have experience working with out of state investors.

Stay safe!

@Robert Ellis I am looking for SFH/Double in $50K-$100K all in. Looking for a min of 8% ROI.

I appreciate are you sending me a few zip codes to check, which 2-3 should I further explore in order to get the highest price to rent ratio?

Thank you, Remington. What areas ( not more than 3) do you see the highest price-to-rent ratios?

Dear All,

My name is Omer and I a new RE investor from NYC. My strategy is to buy and hold SFHs in C+ class areas.

In the past few weeks, I have been active in Columbus, Ohio market. It is a hot and strong market, however, it is very challenging to solid buy and holds/ turnkey key deals ( amazing for flippers and BRRRR) as I am aiming for 8% COC/ROI.
I have been considering those markets and other options as well:

Clevland, Ohio
Cincinnati, Ohio
Rochester, NY

I would love to get your advice about those markets and any other markets with high rental demand & high rent to price ratio.

Best,

Omer
