Hi everyone, We just acquired 9 new doors and inherited 6 new tenants ( the other 3 are vacant for now). I was wondering if there are softwares or ways of having all tenants pay their rent other than the way we do it now, through Zelle. Thanks

I don't believe you can start with $40k in Florida. Unless it's D areas that I'm not aware of and would not go in. Maybe Ohio?

You definitely need a lawyer. Changing the locks can be a big problem for you. You can try cash for money. If they agree make sure to have them sign something that states what you want in exchange ( shape of property, date, etc). That might be less expensive than an eviction and less time to get them out.

I did quite a bit of searching on the internet trying to find info on owner move in evictions in Florida and was not fortunate enough to find the answer. Does anyone knows if that is allowed in Florida? Thanks

I read a post by a tax consultant that said the same thing. We're gonna need very smart CPA's.

By curiosity, how much were you approved for? I live in between Miami and Orlando. I can send you some listings if you'd like to see what's in the market with FHA.
