So I have been trying to market my properties via corner signs, craigslist, website and that's it. I have not done any real foot work. So I am seeking cash buyers that purchase properties in the Triad Area of NC ( Greensboro, High Point, Archdale, Winston Salem ) so that I may market my properties to them and add them to my buyers list. Both of my properties are being offered at $.50 on the $1.00 and they are located in Greensboro and Archdale. I have a rental under contract here in Greensboro that I am going to buy, fix, rent and sell to an investor. Let me know if you want some details. Good evening. New Investor, currently working on my first fix and flip. Need a hard money lender or private lender in Greensboro that will lend to new investors. I can do 80% of purchase price and would like 100% of repairs. All loan amounts would be just over $110k, I'm looking to pick up two more properties if I can find the money. Any suggestions or names are greatly appreciated. Also, any names of reputable wholesalers in the TRIAD would be of great help as well.
