So I have been trying to market my properties via corner signs, craigslist, website and that's it.  I have not done any real foot work.   So I am seeking cash buyers that purchase properties in the Triad Area of NC ( Greensboro, High Point, Archdale, Winston Salem ) so that I may market my properties to them and add them to my buyers list. Both of my properties are being offered at $.50 on the $1.00 and they are located in Greensboro and Archdale. This Extremely cheap home in Archdale, NC is the dream house for investors. It is slightly beat up and would need some repairs but after a little bit of love this property can become a HUGE profit opportunity. This 2,200 Sq.Ft. home, on almost an acre of land has a potential FIVE BEDROOMS, AND an estimated ARV of around $200,000!! This house is RENT READY but if you're up for making a HUGE profit then it is ready for your loving.

I have a rental under contract here in Greensboro that I am going to buy, fix, rent and sell to an investor. Let me know if you want some details. I could also link you up with a management company out here if you would like to as well. The ARV will be about $70k-$80k and will probably let it go for about $55k cash.

Good evening.  New Investor, currently working on my first fix and flip.  Need a hard money lender or private lender in Greensboro that will lend to new investors.  I can do 80% of purchase price and would like 100% of repairs.  All loan amounts would be just over $110k, I'm looking to pick up two more properties if I can find the money.  Any suggestions or names are greatly appreciated.  Also, any names of reputable wholesalers in the TRIAD would be of great help as well.  I am already working with Kiet from JKK and know John Tesh as well.  Thank You.

Hello, I live in Greensboro but work in Danville and I am looking for my first flip in this area. 3/2 , 60-70% ARV, not on main roads or busy streets, nicer areas for now, purchase price around $40-$70k. I would love to partner with another veteran investor If possible. Let me know.
