Hi Michael, I am a property management professional in the SE WI market. I would suggest checking out Milwaukee and Racine if you have not already.  Based on your model provided the South side of MKE (53204, 53215) support your  goals. Though its crucial to build a local contact/ team that can guide you through a new city wouldn't you agree? Feel free to DM me anytime and I would be happy to share our experiences here in Milwaukee and Southeastern WI.

Hi John. I am a property management professional in the WI market. While there are some reliable HML's that are local, I would first suggest speaking to some local credit unions such as UW/Landmark prior to going down the HM route. I would love to hear what assets you have your sights set on here in MKE. Feel free to DM me anytime with some addresses and I would be happy to share our experiences/performance in those areas.

Hi Andriy. I am a property management professional in the WI market.

The midwest has fantastic cities/ areas to begin your search. Southeastern WI attracts many out of state investors like yourself due to the lower entry and higher returns. No matter where you decide to invest make sure to build strong and transparent relationships with a local team. Feel free to dm me anytime, I would love to share some areas and assets types that would fit your model.

Hi Rachel. I am a property management professional in the WI market. What states/ cities have you explored so far? If Southeastern WI isn’t on your radar it may be worth investigating. A large number of our out of state clients follow the brrr method.  Feel free to DM me anytime for expert guidance on our market values, rents and trusted contacts to begin building your local team.

Hi Peter. I am a property management professional in the WI market. Over 50% of our clients are from out of state. Having a local/experienced connection to guide you through a new city is crucial.  Consider opening your search to Southeastern WI as the entry and return numbers may surprise you in the right neighborhoods. I am interested in hearing more about your model. Feel free to DM me anytime and I would be happy to share our experience on the market and current rent rates.

Hi Cameron, I work with a professional property management company in the Wisconsin market.  Sometimes this happens with applicants... First- make sure you are posting your basic qualifications on your marketing material. Second- prequalify your leads via text, call or digital message prior to having them apply. This will decrease the amount of unqualified applicants while saving you the most valuable possession, your time. Feel free to DM me anytime as id be happy to share our process, tips and tricks.

Hi Matthew, I work with a professional property management company here in the WI market. I second @Marcus Auerbach comment.  Try giving self management a shot to learn the process/ experience while house hacking.  This will give you a valuable base of knowledge for when you decide to move on to the next and have the 1st duplex managed. Feel free to DM me anytime for tips and tricks surrounding your asset/ residents.

Hi John, I work with Performance Asset Management. We have managed assets in the Riverwest neighborhood for over 10 years. It has some great upside dependent on location and asset type. lots of great referrals above for local companies, make sure to build out your criteria and value questions before connecting with PM's in the market place. Feel free to DM me with some addresses you have your sights on and id be happy to share some market rents.

Kishun, I am a property management professional in the Wisconsin market. Have you explored Southeastern WI yet? It is a great place to have on your radar due to the low entry and high return. Feel free to respond here or shoot me a DM, I would love to learn what your current model is for finding deals in TX. If it translates I can share some areas and assets here in WI to begin your out of state search.
