While there are some reliable HML's that are local, I would first suggest speaking to some local credit unions such as UW/Landmark prior to going down the HM route. Hi Cameron, I work with a professional property management company in the Wisconsin market.  Sometimes this happens with applicants... First- make sure you are posting your basic qualifications on your marketing material. Second- prequalify your leads via text, call or digital message prior to having them apply.
