I live in LA county. I am trying to list out all the vacation home areas so that it can be rented on daily, weekly or monthly basis than 6 months or 1-year contract. I am not looking at "A" grade areas like long beach, Huntington beach areas since they are not affordable to me. 

I am looking around $200k budget. I heard Palm springs have vacation homes but only gets busy during one season of the year. 

Any one has a comprehensive list of those areas/cities ?

I have in agreement with a realtor to sell my house.  I signed on "Residential listing agreement".

If I want to hire another realtor to sell my house, can I do that ? How do I break the agreement legally ?
