it's so funny. I tagged this property in my watch list and was thinking about it.
Yes. this provides a good reference point.
John, all above properties are around 2000 sq foot with 7500 sq foot lot. not sure about the privacy and distance from the neighbors. Looks like this is an important factor that needs to be considered.
I don't think any of them has great views.
I was trying to figure out the areas in both Cat city and LA Quinta/Indio.

Also looking for two properties in La Quinta and on Coldbrook Lnon and Ashley Place streets, which is 6 miles away from polo fields ?
What is your opinion about these properties in this area for vacation rental ?
All of them 4 bed and 2 bath with pool and Spa.

I am looking at two properties in Cat city as a vacation rental. Since I am not familiar with the locality, I would like to ask - is this area safe and potential for year-round rentals ?
One is AVENIDA MARAVILLA and the other one is Minerva Road.
All of them 4 bed and 2 bath with pool and Spa.

We are looking for a large granite slab to build 5 ft and 4 ft island. The standard slabs we buy needs too many joints and cuttings. So we are trying to avoid joints.
Does any one know the place in Los Angeles area to buy large granite slabs ?

@Jacob Pereira - Thank you. We have decided to add a bench.
Do we need to fill-in the bench wood-frame with the cement ?
