I have had a number of issues with a particular lender and would like to explore my legal options.  Anyone have a recommendation for such an attorney?  The lender is located in Connecticut, the properties in Illinois and I live in Michigan.

@Alex Bekeza @Guifre Mora i am in the middle of refinancing 5 (FIVE) rentals with these people right now. closing is in 3 days. believe me or don't believe, i dont care. but it's 80% LTV CASH OUT REFINANCE with RCN Capital. It's relatively new which is why their website hasnt been updated, I guess. i dont work there.

If you're a lender who can't match their terms and the best you can do is scream fake news I'd advise you to change jobs.  

BTW i'm getting 4.9% of the rate/term stuff and 5.6% on cash out.  go ahead, contact Thomas Bjunes at RCN Capital.

@Joseph Gray RCN Capital will do 80% cash-out refinance based on appraised value.  Try Michael Carrozzella & Thomas Bjunes (loan processor).  Their rates are also quite decent and allow borrowers to buy down the rate.

Thomas is amazing, I wish he'd get his MLO license quite frankly...
