Welcome @Brandon Hayes. I am new as well from Iowa. I agree with the other Brandon with reading The Ultimate Guide and the podcasts. I downloaded The Ultimate Guide on my Kindle and listen to the podcasts in my car! Great stuff here at BP!!

Jerry, please come as well. I think having someone to give input concerning ARV and the thought process. Myself, 10+ years in commercial facilities management and owning my own LLC business for home management and lite repairs.

Welcome. I am from Des Moines. SE side by Easter Lake, looking to start wholesaling house to get enough to start buying and holding. Then doing the same in other matkets in the country. These are my steps and goals for becoming a REI. I am looking at the local REI club as well.

Thank you for the advice Frankie. Right now $588.00 before Christmas is a stretch for me. The reason I came to Bigger Pockets is the level headed advice I get.
