@Vanessa Deluca No buyers agent is getting paid 3%. I wouldn't pay out any more than 2%. And in this case with zero work being out in by the realtor 1-1.5% should be pleanty

@Michael Cohen I went to school in plattsburgh for 4 years. Its a good opportunity for flips, but buy and holds are a little tougher there. You can still find good deals though. Its still much better than most cities

@John Lopez I would also be worried about the vacancy rate. How long do the apartments generally sit empty in the area?

@Samantha Lotti If they say they would consider seller financing a deal, say thats great. Then say you wan to put together an offer for them and that youll be back in touch with them shortly. Or if they say they might do it, you can ask to get a property tour and then after that leave to put together a proposal.
