@Altaf Essani The best thing you could do as a new investor looking to buy your first property is link up with a very good agent who has experience with investors!

@Alec McGinn Buying in a sellers market is tough. You can either make an offer on a property in the first day or two of it being on the market, or you can look for properties that were way overpriced and have been sitting for a long time. A lot of times, the properties that were overpriced have owners that are negotiable because of how long they have been waiting.

@Elia Ziliani I can definitely link you up with a very helpful realtor. How much money do you want to put towards a down payment?

@Monique Burns My advice to you is keep trying. Its also important to not play games with the seller. Real estate prices are always negotiable, but it's not a flee market. If the asking price makes a good investment, go with the asking. Don't nickel and dime the seller just because you like to negotiate. Make everything a win win and youll never run into this problem again.
Good luck!
