I know of two pretty good investment opportunities about 20 minutes from boston. They would be possible to house hack

@Alexander T Nguyen I work with boston investors all the time. If you want help finding or analyzing a deal, let me know. Chances are, you wont find anything close to the city that is worth buying. Especially if youre house hacking. But the best places to look are in central mass. There are some decent deals out there.
