@Oliver Wolcott It can be tough to grow a long list of buyers for some. My advice would be to spend time looking for high quality buyers who are able to buy many properties a year.

@Adam Pontrich Thats awesome, good for you! My advice would be to take it very slowly. Do more research than you think you need becasuse its easy to make mistakes and its even easier to get taken advantage of by greedy sellers. An educated buyer is a good investor.

If your looking to invest in an area that you aren't very familiar with, having a dynamite realtor is the only way to protect yourself from preventable mistakes! Pick the realtor very carefully!
