just a few data stats below. There are a lot of homes for sale in that neighborhood and none are selling. Those that are listed have been going through price adjustments as well which is probably scaring off the buyers. From what I could tell on the quick analysis people will be waiting until the market levels out.

John if your looking to prospect a certain neighborhood or farm area colerealty.com is a decent resource. As previously mentioned real people.com is scary accurate in most cases and it’s free for the generic info like name, address and email along with relative info :)

You can also look at skip trace sites for contact info.
