Any investors that invest in or near Boron CA?

I have a lead, willing to sell his vacant rental out there. Id like to know what kind of market is out there (Buy and Hold, flip, etc) so I can set my price accordingly?

Kern County, San Bernardino County, Edwards Air Force Base, Barstow, PalmDale, Lancaster, Rosamond

Beto are you interested buying more rentals in Rialto? I currently market in Rialto and would like to get in touch with you to work something out if I come across a viable rental in Rialto and surrounding areas. Where abouts in Rialto do you have rentals ?

I have not seen much discussion on BP about the Do Not Call list.

I have recently obtained a list of phone numbers from Land Voice for a pre-foreclosure list, however a few of them are under the "Do not Call" List. Do some of you cold call anyway? Or is there a way around it for our type of business?

I have heard before that because we are not "selling" a product but asking to buy then we do not fall under that...but that kind of argument just does not seem to sit well because we are still "selling" a service. The FTC says nothing about what kind products or services defines a telemarketer, but defines it as a business soliciting. In that case, regardless if we are buying or selling a product, we are soliciting to sell a service, and that service is a fast, all cash transaction of a home.

Anthony Rossi y what do you think of the program for non-licensed investors who are out looking for distressed sellers and off market properties? I love listening to Grant Cardone and I wondered about applying his methods to the "we buy houses" industry

Are there any California buy and hold investors who invest in Frazier park at pine mountain club? Some one called me on one of my mailers regarding one of their houses they don't want anymore and it's in Frazier Park. I know nothing about Frazier park and so don't really have desire to buy it myself, but pass it along to someone else vacation rental, mountain rental, central CA, southern CA

Hello everyone, I recently had a VA skip trace a list of about 100 NODs to find the phone numbers. I verified with a couple of the numbers to make sure the VA wasn't ripping me off, and they do match my skip trace. However, I just got done calling about 20 of them and all except one, never went to voice mail. It rang about 5-7 times and then the call ended. Anyone now why the majority would do this? Or just a coincidence ? Do I possibly have old/bad numbers FYI, I used been verified , and I believe he used the whitepages, and spokeo

@Michael Quarles Thank you!

One other question since you are on. I have seen you post in the past about removing trusts and corps in YOUR list, however in recent posts you have told others to included trusts and corps. Are you now including trusts/corps in your list for some reason?

I have a list of absentee addressees I have been sending direct mail to. However, I have noticed that some owners appear multiple times because that same person owns multiple properties in the area. Would it not be a waste of marketing dollar to be sending the same mailer multiple times to that same person? In other words should I be deleting duplicate mailing address's? Or is it better for that same owner who owns multiple properties to receive a letter/postcard for each one of his/her properties?

Mike, He is right about emails. If you are trying to assign a contract, just use an email service like mail chimp, icontact, constant contact, or a phone blast system
