What makes an attic living space ? I renovated an attic to make it a third bedroom but want to make sure I can market it as such. it has a regular staircase for egress and now has closets and heat as well as window . Am I missing anything ?

anyone else having a hard time finding contractors ? we are in the middle of purchasing 3 homes that need work and can't find contractors to do the work! Even when we get someone to come take a look they don't even send us an estimate . This is crazy

I have a tenant complain about a bees nest on the property . whos responsibility is it to tale care of that considering it wasn't there when we signed a lease ?
