Hello bp! My partners and I are looking to begin our journeys in the real estate world in allentown pa. We are looking for recommendations on agents and lenders that deal in the area as we are from new york and are unfamiliar with the process. Any info would be greatly appreciated

What is everyones opinionon cabinet refacing on house flips? My partners and i have a difference of opinion on this matter . My view is if the back boxes are in good shape its quicker and cost effective to just cabinet reface but they feel its better to just always replace or redo cabinets in the kitchens . I agree a buyer will always want a brand new kitchen but in terms of time and cost i think this may be a better option

@Jaron Walling i guess i should phrase it like this . What about a particular property says to the investor this is a good candidate for a flip ? Or vise versa ?

What is an easy way to decide on what to do with a property? What are some criteria that would sway an investers decision to brrrr or flip? Any info would be appreciated?
