Can you please define deeply discounted? I have dealt with several people who have offered the same type of packages. They end up being fair market value minus something small such as 10-20% off which isn't a bad deal. It's not though anything that couldn't be negotiated by myself or my team?

Totally agree there are positive and negatives. I think most renters especially if it's a low income area love the positives. Even if they have a car people visiting then often don't.

It is possible without credit but unlikely. You has mentioned your parents may be willing to assist. That would be perfect for you when first starting out. By running the numbers people are referring to the rents expenses I.e gas electric taxes insurance vacancy etc....if you need any help or have any questions feel free to message me
