I have clients looking to purchase warehouse space for their own use. They want a building with zero or very little office space dedication. The property should be in Las Vegas or Henderson.

Grace Liu Joseph M The east side encompasses a wide range of properties. The low priced areas have jumped in price the most over the past 6 months. That's where the bulk of investors focused. Inventory is just as tight there, but still more affordable.

I believe some county properties can do the short term rentals, but these are primarily condos on or near the strip with the proper zoning.
Tiger M. HOAs and rental restrictions are tricky. I've been dealing with that more lately as well. I was talking to an owner-occupant that needs to move. He had no idea about the rental restrictions in his area.

Welcome to BP Bob! South central Wisconsin is a great place to live. I grew up there, but now live in the warm desert. I still cheer for the Packers though.

Rich Weese Do you know anyone down there?

I have a client looking to purchase property for residential use in the Bahamas. I'm looking for recommendations for agents, builders, contractors, and attorneys. People with knowledge of Long Island preferred.

Richard Chang The first one in October was a great start. The last one in January was a little light in attendance, but that's typical for January events. Moving forward I anticipate attendance will improve with moving the coordination to meetup.com. I've set up the group on www.meetup.com, and it's called Henderson Real Estate Investor Meetup Group. Feel free to join the group, so you can receive email updates for the next event.

Stephen Masek I hadn't given a weekend meetup much thought, but would consider if the interest is high enough.

Thanks to everyone that made it last night! Cards were passed, and I'm sure business will be done. This will be turning into a monthly event that I coordinate through meetup.com. I'll post the link when I get that set up.

A friend of mine told me to check out Casa Moderna luxury vinyl flooring. I haven't been able to find it online. I saw a sample, and it looks good. It appears to be a snap together installation process. Has anyone used this?
