Hey @Tony Brooks thank you for the offer I am in Fort Gratiot - I think it's a good two hour drive form where you are unfortunatly.

Hey @Tony Brooks I thinkt he cheapest thing to do would be change the glass I've found a company in my area that can do it but I am not sure that will solve the issue as they let in a lot of cold air during the winter months.
I have two more contractors coming today so we will see what they say.

Hey @Matthew Maddaleni Yeah I agree trying to do somethings myself taking me outside of my skill level seems ricsky. I've spoken to lowes but not HD as of yet so maybe they will be an option if I can't get anyting worked out this week with contractors.

Hey @Jeffrey Baroni yes this is very helpful
so one of the contractors today said the windows need everything replacing, he also said the windows he would install are "Ply Gem" and they would be custom made to fit each space.
The windows I have are all "sliding style"
The windows I have installed are aluminum but the frames are made of wood, I have four with broken glass and most of the others have bad condensation. The other issue is they seem to let in a lot of cold air during the winter.
The wood frames are old but don't look in bad shape I am guessing they could be paited, I haven't noticed any rot on the wood.
I will take some photos tomorrow so you have a better idea of the condition and maybe guide me a little more if you have time.
Thank you so much I appreciate your reply.

@Paul M. yeah I'm in Michigan so it gets pretty cold you can feel the wind coming through the windows some days so it has to be a consideration.
Going to get a number of quotes so it will be interesting to see how it all compares at the end of the week.
