Hey @Irving Keighley I currently don't have a tenant in the house so hopefully I can get everything done in the next three weeks then move onto the next property.

Hey @William C. I asked for recomendations in a local facebook group and started narrowing down contractors from there by researching them more online and trying to find additional reviews. Had two come view the property this morning, it didn't take to long and one of them seemed very experianced in regards to rental property's so we will see what they quote.

@Pat L. yeah I think mine are pretty standard size - these look good glad you were able to pick up a bargin - I can imagine they look very heavy

@Pat L. I also see windows for sale at lowes and homedepot sounds like a good deal if you can pick them up and install them yourself.
