Hey @Brandon Halley the entire process of changing windows has been a very big learning experiance for me, initially I had no idea so many factors needed to be considered but with the help from this community and speaking with contractors I now feel I am headded in the right direction.

Hey @Ken P. the property I have isn't brick but everything else you said sounds the same - I hope I can get this done for less then $500 a window that's really going to cause a problem for me at that price.

I'm about an hour and twenty minutes away from Detroit so I am not sure if the people I hire will cover your area but once  i hire them I and they do a good job I will let you know.

Hey @Tony Wooldridge thank you for your words of encouragemen - I don't think it is something I can do myself but when they are getting installed I will be watching the process and hopefully learning as it is completed.
