Back yard lawn is mostly hidden behind the garages, the property is going to be a rental so I'm thinking something easy to maintain! but open to suggestions.

@George Glessner - yeah I don't think you need it right now, I'm wanting it because I am at five properties and they all have decent equity.

Hey @Stephanie Medellin it's a commercial loan using an LLC - I've been through the process a few times with other lenders everything else seems fine just seems strange that they are requesting it at this stage.

thanks for your input

Hey @Kevin Romines - yes it is the ACH for the monthly payments, on the form it is referencing the end lender just thought it was a little odd that the broker is requesting that form now.

I'm In the process of sending over all the paperwork for a new loan, is it normal that they require the ACH form so early in the application?

I've been through the process a few times and normally the ACH form is completed just before or even after closing.

In the process of buying a deal through a wholesaler - I've never purchased using a wholesaler before and I am just reading over the original purchase agreement.

In other terms and conditions it states: Buyer to pay all sellers closing costs

How do I find out the total costs involved?
Will I also need to pay realtor commission fees?

Just about to close on my first refinance and hoped someone could explain the charges to me a little better.

I was originally quoted - Option 2

The house came in at $175K not $180K, I was told no other fees

I've got the settlement statement through and it's about $4,000 more than I had expected.

I understand every charge after Title Charges

In regards to New loan charged based on the quote does it seem correct and if someone has time to explain each that would be helpful, if not I'm just wanting your thoughts.
