So, I was wondering if anyone on Bigger Pockets has had any experience using Virtual Assistants.

I'm considering hiring one or, actually more than one to handle some task that I'm not that not well versed in, (I.E. Direct Email Marketing, Local SEO Marketing)

any advice is welcomed.

Keep scouring through the BP Forms, and you  might stumble upon some reputable people. Also looks more like your in a position to lend those investors some capital in return for a Small Percentage maybe even some Equity Share of the profits.
