I want to start with 30 days  to  6 month kind of lease and eventually move to VRBO or airbnb.

I have a newly setup STR in phoenix. I am looking to get some ideas on marketing my property other than furnished finder. Pour in ideas of what you have used in past or using is actively now?

Does anybody have a cleaner's checklist for your STR that you can share? If you happen to have Inventory checklist please share that too. Try to finish up my but stumble upon some items.

My newly purchase house has a Cigarette smoke from the previous owner. Ozone treatment and duct cleaning is done, it helped but still smoke is there. Next step is I am moving to get house paint with Zinsser or Kilz primer. Can someone point me extact product I should look into since there are many version of it. I could Kilz Restoration Interior Primer but not sure if this is going to work or should I look into Zinsser. Please advice.
