I have attached the link for local Utah clubs, so you can network in person.

Then of course I would start a club on here also.

Rob,

Being able to finance up to 75% is good in this market....a lot better than most hard money lenders I know (who are barely surviving).

Rich,

Congratulations for getting started while in college.

You need to decide how you want to be involved in real esate: Being a real estate investor and being a real estate agent working with others, are two very different things.

Are you looking to buy and sell properties yourself?

Or are you looking to become more of a traditional Realtor?

William,

Welcome to the site. I have heard good things about Dave Lindahl's course, however I don't own it....As far as the price, if you are going to make hundreds of thousands of dollars investing in commercial property, I would just buy the course ASAP....it's only an expensive course if you let it sit on your shelf and don't use it.

To start networking in your local area I have included the link to find local meetings.

Welcome to the site.....Glad to hear you are getting involved yourself. I know a lot of Realtors that help others make a lot of money in this business, and they need to start getting part of the action too.

Learn how to do subject-to and lease option transactions.

You want to avoid going to a traditional bank in this business, whenever you can.

Liz,

I am one of the bloggers for this site. If you check out the blog and go a few weeks back, I am now covering the entire lease option process from A-Z.
