Yes, I am planning to live in one unit.  I'm open to a 4-plex if it makes sense for me but I'm not ready to purchase yet.  I'm in the early stages of the journey....saving, learning and building a team.  In the meantime, I'd be interested in connecting to hear more about your investment journey here in Central OR!

Hi Adam!  I'm going through (went through) the same thing.  Starting over at 53 and also considering using my retirement account to help fund my first house hack.  I'm interested in what other investors will say about this.  It's tough!  I wish you the best...and Happy Birthday!
