You do not necessarily need a local cpa so did you reach out to Amanda to see if she can? A way to get some good local guys is to go to the local reai events here and ask the investors who they use. I have a new guy I'm going to give a try this year but he's in proven so far but is an investor himself. I can give you his name/number if you want to private message me in case it is frowned upon for advertising
