Hello and welcome to BP. I am a little confused by your message, can you please clarify how you are looking to work with investors? Are you selling mortgages, or something else?

1st. Start from the end and back your way in. Find out about any hoa restrictions for rentals or sales on the condo that could limit you. Then find out the comps for your size condo in the area for past 3 months. (Use 6 if no 3 months). Use 70% rule to figure your offer if condos are selling and go more conservative if it is taking longer to sell...... but if foreclosure is close you may be running out of time.
