Hi Candy, I am in a similar road as you. I am learning the ropes in this game and trying to build my power team. I live in NYC also and have decided to invest outside on the city because of the insane prices. However, I have been looking at properties in the Bronx just for the fun of it. I am focusing more on hopefully up and coming cities outside on NYC- up to 2 hours away. My dream is to also own properties in the Caribbean where I can up and move to whenever I'd like.  Maybe we can help each other out.

I am a newbie investor who is interested in the Newburgh area. I would like to know if this meetup is still happening before I change my work schedule to make it?

I see the fees to publish the required articles can run up to the $1,000s. Would it be advisable/recommended to create an outside LLC? Will that have any negative effects on trying to buy property in NY state with an outside LLC?
