Conventional lending will require the properties to be in your personal name. Do you show a profit on your tax returns? If you do you may be able to refinance them, but without any other income, it may be difficult. Your credit score will be an issue as well. Commercial loans for an LLC are going to require a higher credit score, from what I know. Conventional lending requires a minimum of a 620.

Thanks. Yea only other option I can think of is to balance transfer my credit card funds into my account to buy more properties till I'm make enough. my taxes have shown more of a lost. I was offer with a hard money lender an  amortization schedule but not sure if that going to be smart for me cause interest is 12% with 3 point for 5 years which equal about 4500 in 5 years with all fee just to borrow 10,000. or i can pay an interest only but if i can't refi then I'm can't of stuck or can't sell.

I am a first time flipper and I am looking to grow my money to buy more rental faster. Any pointers. I want to make sure I buy a good deal and I'm not sure how to compare comps in florida since I never did business there.

Hello there everyone thank you for joining this discussion. I am an investor that looking to refinance my rental properties i make about 2550 a month from my properties and would love to refi and expand and buy more. I don't have a job that pays me weekly but I don't have income and a great credit score. all my properties are under my LLC. I would like to know what step I should to get a refi to buy more properties and will it be easy or hard. Also my properties I bought them for 15,000 each there all paid off completely. But worth about 35,000 to 45,000. Should i have a problem doing the refi and what banks would you recommend.

Hello first i want to thank you for reading my question. I am looking to buy more rental properties faster. I would like to pay in long term loans with an interest that super low. I found someone on craigslist who will offer me 20,000 for 12% annually with 3 points. i can rent the property out for about 800 to 1000 a month. And my purchase price will range from 15,000 to 20,000. At 12 percent I told I just pay interest monthly of 200 a month till I pay off the 20,000 back. I feel I can make money but I also feel like paying that much monthly is better for a fix. Any recommendation on what I should do. I also have 4 rental properties now that I bought with my credit cards. I wanted to refi the houses and cash out but I can't from my understanding till I get my debt to ratio down on the credit cards. Any pointer thanks all is appreciate it. Again I don't know if I should continue getting my self in more debt if Im profiting monthly

I'm a real estate investor. I own 4 rental properties. And I'm looking for a private loan or mortgage or a way to refinance my properties. I bought my last 2 properties by taking out a balance transfer and im not able to get a loan directly with a bank till i pay down my cards. I can have my cards pay down with in a year plus. But i want to speed up the process.  I would like to increase my rental portfolio and start buy one house a month. The properties i buy go for 15,000 to 18,000. And I rent them out for 1000 a month.
