hello there i am interested in buy rental properties subject to. would anyone know how or where i can obtain the contracts and how to perform the procedures step-by-step thank you for you time.

Don't fall for the guru BS about trusts. At best they obscure the ownership. There is NOTHING you can do to avoid violating the due on sale clause.

Hi everyone,

I'm just getting started with little experience and minimal financial resources. How do I take my first step with subject to deals? Also, are there any local investors in the New York or New Jersey Area that can teach me about land trusts for our state through this site? I've become familiar with subject to investing but would love to learn more about these deals in my market. Also, how do I create the contracts needed for these deals? I'm very humble and just simply want to get my start this year as I am highly motivated and eager to learn.

Is there a link to download a subject to mortgage agreement, Im also looking for link or site where I can down load contracts for wholesaling , contracts with general contractor with there a time limit frame, and also a lien waver the contractor should sign when they are pay when work is done. Thanks guys

You'll want to search the forums here on BP for "Subject to" (the existing financing). Lots of good info here. I think there may even be a forum for that - check the list.
