i have been in and out of BP for a long time and i am curious as the year is ending where what is your new year resolution for the next year weather it be just making more flips or just creating a better team.

That is a good way to start spreading out and working towards a real retirement life of less hustle and more living. Im on my way there with learning how to invest as well as spreading out and doing different things, i do not like standing still and im going to do something till i find out. I am thinking of doing project management and invest along the way.
